This Easy Pumpkin Cheeseball will be a hit at your Thanksgiving get togethers this week! I love how simple and easy this is to put together and the taste is great! Plus you can change up the spices in the cheese ball to make it suit what ever taste you want! I chopped up the green pepper that I used the stem of and froze it for a later dinner

Easy Pumpkin Cheeseball
Ingredients
- Plastic wrap
- 2 (8 oz) packages light cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ medium onion, minced
- 3 tbsp salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 cups nacho flavored chips (like Doritos) finely crushed
- 1 green bell pepper stem
Instructions
- In a bowl combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and cumin with an electric or hand mixer till it is creamy.
- Scoop the mixture out on to the plastic wrap and form it into a ball. Refrigerate at least two hours.
- When you are ready to serve the cheese ball remove the ball from plastic wrap and roll the cheese ball in the chips and evenly coat in chips.
- Place the green bell pepper stem in the top of the cheese ball and serve with chips, crackers or veggies!
