At one time family and friends called me the “Homemade Lady” I was a young stay at home mom, making everything from steak sauce to laundry detergent to find ways to save our family money. As much as I would like to make my own low calorie snacks, it’s time to face reality and “let it go”. Thanks to Yoplait for sponsoring this post and sharing so many ways to hack Yoplait Greek 100 Calorie yogurt in to sweet 150 calorie or less treats. I definitely have time for that!
As I continue to make better choices in my eating habits, there a a few comfort foods I miss. Peanut Butter and Jelly would be one of those foods. I thought Yoplait Greek 100 Calorie Vanilla Yogurt with a touch of Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jelly would make a great mid day snack. Boy, was I right. I can’t believe how amazing the #SnackHack was. I can’t wait to try it frozen. I can imagine it would be just like eating a delicious bowl of ice cream!
