Cilantro Lime Chicken is super quick recipe that makes the perfect meal for the whole family. I was surprised my kids even liked it!! The best part is the chicken is a low Points Plus Value on the Weight Watchers program since the only thing with points is the chicken and the olive oil. I served ours with rice as a the side and used the left over chicken on my salad the next day! This chicken would also be great in a sandwich or wrap.

Cilantro and lime are some of the most perfect flavors together. I LOVE how flavorful and easy this is!
Looks delicious! It would go great with a side of veggies too.
Sounds great with the rice- I love the rice at Chipotle and I bet it would be similar with the cilantro and lime flavors.
Cilantro is one of my very favorite flavors. Love that this is light. I’m trying to eat healthier these days.
I use this type of recipe to make lettuce wraps and they turn out so good every time.
